Welcome

Location

We’re back at the beautiful Oaks Park Dance Pavilion. Pay for parking at the Kiosk at the Park entrance. You will need your license plate number and a credit/debit card. Parking allows for in/out privileges and is good until midnight.

COVID Safety Policy

The Ball will be mask optional this year. We will not require vaccinations or testing.

Dancing

At the Ball, most dances will be walked through to remind dancers of the figures, and all dances will be prompted. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the dances on the program and check out the information in our Dance Instructions packet.

Scholarships

We have a limited number of scholarships available. If you need a scholarship, please request it when you register.

Volunteering

We would love to have your help with the many small and easy tasks required to make this Ball a success, such as helping to set up and decorate the hall on Saturday morning or packing things away after the ball. You can sign up for volunteering on our registration form, or email our volunteer coordinator to ask how you can help.

Hospitality

We will have limited opportunities for hosting traveling dancers. You can easily request hospitality or offer hospitality on our registration form, or email our hospitality coordinator.

Portland Area Ball Workshops

In the Portland area, there will be three workshop sessions in October and November to prepare for the Ball.
